Third Party Collector – Berks County, PA Office

Berk’s Credit Collections is a third party collection agency looking for a self-motivated and dedicated person. Our Collectors call patients to resolve large and small balances. If you have good negotiation skills and want to make a different, this is the job for you.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, goal oriented, and will possess superior communication  skills.  Our employees enjoy the challenge of negotiation and problem resolution, always remaining professional while providing service, integrity and results! Attendance and a positive attitude is a MUST.

As the success of our valued employees is imperative, we provide a comprehensive paid training program. Training hours will be discussed at the time of hrie. Our office environment is competitive yet supportive to captivate the team’s successes.  Candidates of interest should have previous experience in customer service, call center environment, and any previous collection experience is an advantage.

Wage ranges from $10.00 – $12.00/hour with additional incentives and commissions. This is a full time 40 hour per week opportunity. Your working hours would be as follows:

Tuesday 8-6:30                 Tuesday 9-8

Patient Account Representative – Berks County, PA

As a Patient Account Representative, your duties would include calling patients on behalf of the provider, helping patients to understand insurance coverage vs. patient responsibility, obtaining good or new demographics/insurances, arranging payment solutions, and processing payments from patients. All calls are handled professionally, non-aggressively, in a friendly, courteous, helpful and considerate manner.

The ideal candidate should have worked in a health care environment or have outstanding customer service, computer knowledge, good telephone etiquette. A full time, on-site trainer is available at all times. Candidate must be highly motivated to reach company goals and standards and work equally well as a team member or as an individual.

We are prepared to pay $12.00 hourly wage with commission incentives up to $3,000 per year based on work experience and performance. This is a full time 40 hour per week opportunity.

Working hours would be as follows:

  • Monday and Tuesday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Friday – 12:30 PM to 4:40 PM

No weekends
